Kian Tavakoli

Winemaker

Kian joined Troll Bridge Cellars in 2006 charged with creating world class Cabernet blends. Kian studied at UC Davis and earned a degree in enology. Prior to his work with Troll Bridge Cellars, Kian most recently was the winemaker at Clos Du Val where he ran their red wine program. Before joining Clos Du Val, Kian spent four years learning cabernet winemaking at Opus One. With over 15 years of winemaking and viticultural experience, we feel very proud and fortunate to have Kian as part of our team.
